WHO WE ARE

Stronger churches.
Equipped leaders.
Lasting impact.

Christ Covenant Network is a fellowship of churches, pastors, ministers, and believers united by a commitment to Jesus Christ, the Apostles’ Doctrine, and the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Founded by Bishop Dr. Justin Marcus, Presiding Bishop and Establishmentarian, alongside Co-Pastor Brandi Marcus, Co-Establishmentarian, the Network exists to strengthen churches, develop leaders, and build meaningful covenant relationships.

We believe strong ministries grow through sound doctrine, prayer, intentional development, and healthy relationships. Christ Covenant Network brings these priorities together so that leaders and congregations can become better equipped to fulfill their God-given assignments.

OUR VISION

Christ exalted.
Lives transformed.

To see Jesus Christ exalted, apostolic truth upheld, leaders developed, churches strengthened, and lives transformed through covenant fellowship, spiritual growth, and faithful service.

OUR MISSION

Connect. Equip. Serve.

To connect and equip pastors, churches, ministry leaders, and believers through biblical teaching, spiritual oversight, five-fold ministry development, practical support, and authentic fellowship.

Our mission includes helping leaders serve effectively within their congregations and carry the influence of the gospel into their communities, businesses, and everyday lives.

OUR FOUNDATION

Apostolic in faith.
Intentional in purpose.

“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”ACTS 2:42 · KJV

We are an Oneness Apostolic body of believers rooted in Scripture. We affirm the biblical message of repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. Our commitment to apostolic truth shapes our teaching, worship, fellowship, and service.

Our apostolic identity

Our apostolic identity is grounded in the doctrine and practice of the early Church. We are committed to sound biblical teaching, Spirit-filled living, holiness, prayer, evangelism, and discipleship. We believe the gifts and ministries described in Ephesians 4:11–12 are given to equip the saints, strengthen the body of Christ, and prepare God’s people for the work of ministry.

We encourage leaders to grow in both spiritual maturity and practical competence. Calling must be accompanied by character, preparation, accountability, and a willingness to serve.

WHAT WE OFFER PASTORS & MINISTRY LEADERS

You were never called
to lead alone.

Spiritual formation, practical ministry development, and authentic fellowship that strengthen leaders and churches.

01 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Spiritual Oversight, Counsel, and Connection

Christ Covenant Network provides a framework for spiritual oversight, pastoral counsel, and meaningful accountability. Through connection with the Presiding Bishop and designated Network leadership, pastors and ministry leaders can seek prayer, guidance, encouragement, and support concerning their assignments.

We understand covering as a responsibility to care, teach, guide, and serve. Our desire is to build relationships in which leaders are known, supported, and strengthened while honoring their responsibility to lead the ministries entrusted to them.

02 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Biblical Teaching and Ministerial Development

Teaching is central to our purpose. We recognize the pastoral responsibility to feed God’s people with knowledge and understanding and to prepare them to handle His Word faithfully.

Through teaching sessions, leadership pours, training opportunities, and shared resources, we seek to deepen biblical understanding and strengthen ministry effectiveness. Areas of development include doctrine, preaching and teaching, ministerial ethics, spiritual disciplines, pastoral care, and servant leadership.

Our desire is to help leaders understand Scripture more deeply, communicate it clearly, and live it consistently.

03 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Five-Fold Ministry Development

We affirm the work of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers in equipping the Church. We seek to help believers recognize their gifts, understand their responsibilities, and develop the character necessary to serve faithfully.

Development includes instruction, mentorship, opportunities to serve, and appropriate accountability. We encourage each person to value the whole body of Christ and use their gifts to build up others.

04 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Practical Ministry Support

Healthy churches require intentional care in both spiritual and administrative matters. Christ Covenant Network seeks to help leaders establish processes that support the vision God has entrusted to them.

Areas of support may include ministry organization, team development, communication, outreach planning, discipleship pathways, and leadership preparation. We encourage pastors to build structures that care for people, clarify responsibilities, and prepare others to serve.

05 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Collaboration and Shared Ministry

We encourage churches and leaders to support one another through prayer, shared learning, fellowship, and collaborative ministry efforts.

As opportunities arise, we seek to connect leaders with teaching, preaching, outreach, and service opportunities suited to their gifts, preparation, and ministry needs. These relationships help strengthen local congregations and extend our collective capacity to serve.

06 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Personal Growth and Pastoral Care

We care about the person carrying the assignment. Pastors and ministry leaders need space to receive encouragement, seek counsel, and attend to their own spiritual and personal well-being.

We encourage healthy rhythms of prayer, study, rest, and family life. Our fellowship seeks to cultivate relationships where leaders can speak honestly, receive support, and find renewed strength for ministry.

07 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Leadership Development Within the Local Church

We help pastors think intentionally about identifying, preparing, and entrusting responsibility to emerging leaders within their congregations.

Our emphasis is on faithful service, demonstrated character, sound understanding, and readiness for responsibility. By developing people consistently, churches can build stronger teams and prepare future generations to carry the work forward.

08 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Community and Marketplace Engagement

We believe our witness extends into every area of life. We encourage pastors, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to demonstrate biblical integrity in their work and service.

Through practical encouragement and shared knowledge, we seek to support responsible business development, community involvement, and leadership that addresses real needs. Our aim is to help believers serve with wisdom, excellence, and a clear Christian witness wherever God places them.

09 / EQUIPPING TOGETHER

Authentic Fellowship and Covenant Community

Christ Covenant Network seeks to cultivate relationships built on love, trust, honor, accountability, and shared responsibility.

We want leaders and churches to experience fellowship that continues beyond a meeting or gathering. Through prayer, communication, encouragement, and mutual care, we walk together through seasons of growth, challenge, and transition.
